The Opportunity

 

Join Worldline as a Resilience & Business Continuity Specialist and become a key player in ensuring our enterprise resilience.

In this role, you will collaborate with various departments, focusing on global resilience, crisis management, and disaster recovery, particularly within the payment market regulatory framework.

You will be responsible for implementing, testing, and enhancing business continuity plans, making sure we are prepared for any major disaster.

If you have experience in business continuity, ICT Technology recovery, and crisis management, especially within financial services, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a global resilience program in a dynamic, international team.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

 

  • Define and monitor the Business Continuity (BC) roadmap in line with the Global BC roadmap and framework.
  • Proactively report risks to risk teams and identify/assess potential risks with significant business impacts.
  • Manage and coordinate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical business operations and dependencies.
  • Recommend recovery strategies, options, and plans while assisting in solution implementations.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure effective ICT Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions and procedures.
  • Coordinate and challenge IT Platforms teams on ICT/DR effectiveness and provide support to Platform Owner on IT DR solutions and procedures when required
  • Maintain and enhance Business continuity, Disaster Recovery (ICT) plans and documentations for entities according to One BCMS Framework
  • Identify critical third party, perform self-assessment to mitigate business impacts and review contractual topics
  • Ensure systemic environment are in line with Resilience Best practices and local regulations
  • Enhance and maintain BC and DR plans and documentation as per the One BCMS Framework.
  • Organize, coordinate, and report on BC and IT DR testing, improving business continuity maturity.
  • Contribute to Operational Resilience Program as part of DORA upcoming regulation.
  • Provide support to external audits and customer requests in liaison to Resilience activities.

 

Who Are We Looking For

 

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

 

 

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in Business Continuity, ICT recovery, Vendor Resilience and crisis leadership, especially in financial services, fintech, Consulting or payment institutions
  • Certified in Business Continuity (ISO 22301 or equivalent) - recommended
  • Strong understanding of local regulations related to resilience and business continuity.
  • Goal-oriented with business mindset, Flexible, self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and team collaboration.
  • Fluent in English, with an additional EU language as a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with regulators and customers.
