The Opportunity
We are seeking a Bid Manager to join the Marketing, Communications & Sales Enablement department. The team is young, cohesive, and highly motivated, covering various areas of the company with the shared goal of developing strategies and commercial support activities to ensure overall customer satisfaction. The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of tenders (banking/public administration/Large Corporate, etc.), involving internal stakeholders in the formalization of a suitable and competitive response, developing the business case and income statement, and ensuring internal approval processes. Additionally, the Bid Manager will support Key Account Managers (KAM enterprise business) in verifying the business cases and income statements required for new commercial opportunities or client reevaluation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Management of the end-to-end process of tender responses
- Development of business cases and pricing
- Activation and coordination of internal teams involved in the tender process each time
- Oversight of business cases for new commercial opportunities arising from the Enterprise business segment
- Coordination with the finance team for updates to the pricing templates, and to distribute them to all commercial staff
- Support in internal commercial approval committees
- Monitoring of the performance of reference markets
Who Are We Looking For

- Previous experience in developing commercial business cases
- Ability to use Excell and Office package
- Motivation and passion for commercial aspects
- Organizational skills and teamwork
- You master Economics and/or Engineering
- 1-3 in the same role or commercial role (payment sector would be preferred)
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
