Title:  Supervisory Reporting & GL Accounting

Location: Rome

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

- Be in charge of the GL accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations

- Reconcile GL accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies

- Provide any clarification needed to finalize statutory and regulatory reporting

- Ensure the correct accounting management of Asset

- Collaborate with the accounting team to the statutory and fiscal closing of the financial statements on a monthly basis

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in accounting

- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles

- Proficient in financial software and MS Excel

- Experience with ERP systems, SAP knowledge is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

- Good written and spoken English language skills
