Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

 

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of sales collateral, marketing materials, and product documentation for Sales Managers.
  • Support the Sales team in managing client inquiries, providing product information, and facilitating order processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to SME clients.
  • Help analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas to enhance sales support processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to support the Sales department's objectives.

 

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Sales team members and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required
