The Opportunity
We are seeking a PMO Trainee to join our team in Rome for a 6 month’s paid internship. Get ready to join our company!
As a Program Management Officer (PMO) Assistant you will work under the supervision of the PM Officer providing assistance to support the project management office.
This position will support the improvement of the projects activity of the Company.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- You will take charge in preparation of reports, documents and business presentations
- You will organize PMO meetings and events and take care of material related
- You will actively follow up with decisions/ action plan when applicable
- You will support to enforce adherence of PMO processes and procedures
- You will develop communications plans, Power Point presentations, norms and procedures, meeting agendas and following minutes
- You will act as PMO helping program manager and project manager to organize the work.

- You are graduating or you have a degree in Engineering, Economics or other Tech. degrees
- You are a motivated person, willing to grow as PMO
- You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convince people, to prioritize and to overcome barriers
- You manage successfully multiple activities
- You are fluent in English and Italian - spoken and written.
- Ability to write / summarize results and prepare deliverable packages
- Competence with productivity tools, like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Acrobat reader
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination, organization, time-management abilities
- Self-motivated. Works well independently and in a team setting under time constraints
- Quality focus. Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Business acumen with a customer service focus.
- Technical background as well as program or project management skills will be considered an asset
- Skills in policy, procedures, best practices etc will be considered an asset
