Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

  • Assist to direct management in organizing Baltics governance/planning the meetings and prepare market data overview
  • Organize office records and maintain a register of documents
  • Support in facility management across Baltics (ordering goods, tickets ordering for employees for business trips, coordination with parking services/cleaning services, internal email monitoring and regular update sending to the employees)
  • Participate in improvement projects (relocations, internal global travel tool implementation)
  • Support personnel management (mandatory health check assignments, activation and deactivation of health/life insurance policies, offboarding (deactivation phone/insurance, Christmas gifts)
  • Support management in Bids for the Baltics
  • Perform varios organizational tasks to support teams in Baltics

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Experience within administrative roles is an advantage
  • English, Latvian language – very good level, Russian language – conversational level (as a benefit)
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint) - at a good user level
  • Adaptability and well-developed communication skills
  • Structured and well-organized approach in daily working
  • Interest in learning about technologies
