Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • Support in our ITIL Service Desk
  • Process tickets according to the ITIL standard for incident, problem, and change management
  • Make sure that all the necessary information is included in the ticket in a comprehensive manner
  • Help our colleagues fill out the tickets correctly and answer questions about the process
  • Assure quality and correct processing of incidents and problems
  • Process tickets in the area of IT service continuity management

  • We are looking for colleagues who pay attention to detail and can see connections between tickets and events
  • You have a general understanding of processes and procedures
  • Experience in the ITIL process framework, such as an ITIL Foundation is an advantage
  • You enjoy working independently and remotely, but your team is always available to answer your questions.
  • Good German skills, spoken and written
