The Opportunity

We’re looking to hire an intern in data processing for our Fraud Department in Riga, Latvia! The internship timeframe is from May to mid-September, you will also be able to combine it with your ongoing studies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Process of clients' request queues and work with Back-office systems
• Interact with all relevant internal teams for the resolution of the day-to-day activities
• Manage Marchant-related tasks that are assigned in internal/external tools
• Interact with clients on various questions related to Merchant services
• Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during workflows
• Act in accordance with agreed internal policies
• Adhere to Schemes related requirements
• Identify system improvements and incidents

• Proven experience working with financial data using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) tools
