If you are seeking a job in the call center as a Customer Support Representative, then get ready to join our team in Riga, Latvia!
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone and email
- Find the applicable solution to daily issues for clients
- Take care of customers’ inquiries working within the shift work
- Ensure monitoring and escalation of Worldline-provided services by informing the IT Support team/ corporate clients
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Very good Latvian and English skills, good knowledge of the Russian language
- Experience in customer support preferably
- Ability to work full-time (approximately 160 hours per month, with the ability to work fewer hours in case of study exams)
- Ability to work night shifts (at least 4-5 nights per month)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Desire to learn new things and constantly develop as a professional
- High sense of responsibility towards the tasks
