The Opportunity

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Booking of customer’s invoices  primary documents in the accounting program, sending them to clients
• Customers debts control
• Bank payment processing and booking
• Report preparation based on the management request
• Assistance to the chief accountant in preparing the annual report and in daily work
• Cooperation and communication with the company's employees and customers on a daily basis
• Performance of other tasks directly related to accounting, participate in Group accounting projects
   

Who Are We Looking For

• Previous experience in the field of accounting
• Experience in working with the accounting program SAP as an advantage
• Excellent computer skills - MS Excel, MS Word
• Very good knowledge of Latvian and English
• Analytical thinking, sense of responsibility and positive attitude towards work
• High sense of responsibility, accuracy and ability to independently organize your work
• Stress persistence and resilience skills
