The Opportunity
Experienced Scrum Master needed for our Financial Services – Acquiring Division. You will mentor and coach up to two cross-functional DevOps squads, fostering a self-organized and high-performing environment. You will drive continuous improvement by facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching squad members, and removing obstacles to ensure seamless value delivery.
Join our Scrum Master Chapter — a supportive and collaborative group committed to shared learning and continuous growth. As a Chapter, we focus on enhancing collaboration and alignment across all squads working on our product. We evolve Agile practices, provide relevant training materials, and identify improvement opportunities. Together, we empower each other and our squads to continuously grow and deliver value through cutting-edge payment solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Mentor squad members and facilitate agile ceremonies to foster effective collaboration and communication. (Team Coaching & Facilitation)
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and impediment, establish key performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement. (Process Improvement & Impediment Resolution)
- Collaborate with Product Owners to enhance backlog management and value delivery. (Stakeholder Engagement)
- Work closely with tribe, area and chapter leads to align agile practices with organizational goals. (Stakeholder Engagement)
- Support the integration of agile practices across the organization and lead training and onboarding programs to strengthen agile knowledge and maturity. (Agile Integration & Continuous Learning)
Who Are We Looking For

- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, ceremonies, and best practices
- For you Agility is a passion, not only a framework or process
- Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication, Proactive
- Open-minded personality, team-player with outstanding interpersonal skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
