The Opportunity
Join Worldline as a Key Account Manager. This role offers you the chance to drive revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and value-added service implementation. You'll be empowered to identify and pursue new business opportunities while ensuring existing client satisfaction. As part of our dynamic sales team in the Czech Republic, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth while developing your career in a global organization at the forefront of payment innovation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Process allocated business requirements within established SLAs with a strong focus on revenue generation
- Acquire new clients through targeted acquisition activities
- Prepare and conclude new contracts with prospective clients
- Negotiate extensions of existing client contracts
- Work independently on assigned projects while collaborating effectively with the team
- Share information within your team and actively contribute to fulfilling team objectives
- Perform client service tasks as required (e.g., KYC, AML procedures)
- Communicate professionally with clients (in person, by telephone, and via email) regarding business opportunities
Who Are We Looking For

- A proactive self-starter with excellent business development skills
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the payments or financial services sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- A results-driven professional who thrives in a target-oriented environment
- Fluency in Czech or Slovak language and English language is essential; additional European languages would be beneficial
- Understanding of payment solutions and value-added services is a plus
