Quality Officer - Professional

Objective

  • Support the deployment and verification of a coherent Quality Management System, including performance monitoring and continuous improvement of this Management System.
  • Support in audits, track non-compliance mitigations and contribute to improvement initiatives with Business organisation.

Activity

System
  • Support the design, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the (local) Management components pertaining to Quality aligned with the requirements of ISO9001 and Business needs.
  • Apply document control on QMS documentation to grant coherence of the system aligned with Group policy.
 
Certifications
  • Support the organisation in obtaining and maintaining the Quality certifications or other certifications in the company.
  • Support the external Audits according to the certification body, optimising and facilitating the demonstration of evidences of compliance to the standard.
 
Improvement
  • Contribute to the monitoring of company processes and to the identification of solutions for improvement (organisation, process, measurement, monitoring, reporting, etc.).
  • Monitor and report status on GBL Quality Objectives.
  • Contribute to the identification of actions following Management decisions, to promote actions aimed at reduction/mitigation of risks in the various company environments.
  • Verify effectiveness of Quality Management System's corrective and improvement actions.
  • Maintain a KPI dashboard related to the Quality Management System performance.
  • Contribute to carry out Quality Internal Audits to guarantee the application of the local QMS aligned with the Global WMS.
  • Quality Assurance support on CSAT, Major Incidents and SLA/SLO management.
 
Management
  • Contribute to the monitoring of the complaints and assure that the mitigation actions are well aligned with the business.
 
Awareness
  • Maintain the relationship with internal and external stakeholders on quality matters.
  • Support the organisation of training/information sessions on Quality topics to improve the awareness of the organisation on the Quality principles.
