The Opportunity

 

IMAC Support team is a CLS single point of contact for problems encountered around identity and access management.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

 

The support provided by the IMAC Support Team goes beyond password resets and roles assignment. Our activity revolves around the following issues:

  • Internal and customer identities management
  • Password and accounts management
  • Role management
  • Authentication issues / OTP
  • Application access issues
  • Citrix (P4Sà and gateway related access issues
  • Audit and compliance

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

 

For each problem, a first-level analysis is carried out to resolve the issue and, depending on the case, include cross-team work (WLSD, Citrix infra, System, etc) and take into account challenging client's SLA.

To meet our expectations, we need an internal resource with solid knowledge and experience of support and business rationalization capabilities, whose missions and skills will be:

 

  • Lead profile with experience in the support field
  • Ability to rationalize the actual activity
  • Improved support service
  • Knowledge of different areas of intervention (IAM, RedHat SSO, etc)
  • Ability to absorb new areas
  • Provision and maintenance of a serlf-service information portal for users
  • Ensure a qualitative level of services for users
  • Improve user feedback and satisfaction
  • Being a team player
