The Opportunity

 

For Worldline's Innovation & Experience Centre (IEC), within the Innovation & Digital Experience Acceleration Team, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager Junior whose mission will be to to ensure that everything is done to maximize customer satisfaction. This involves producing commercial documents, carrying out training, setting up marketing campaigns, monitoring customer events, etc. This is a cross-functional position, linked to the entire team as well as the functional departments, the BUs and the Group's stakeholders.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

  • Be the preferred point of contact for our customers by understanding their needs, their uses and their challenges and providing adapted solutions.
  • Propose and implement any initiative to place customers (internal/external) at the center.
  • Establish, collect and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create educational content to facilitate the adoption and use of our solutions.
  • Research, brainstorm and create engaging content and marketing materials in line with the global marketing.
