We are now looking for a talented Integration Support Engineer to join our dynamic technical team in Paris, helping us support and improve our cutting-edge integrations, with a focus on C3 Protocols – a vital communication protocol in financial services.
The Opportunity
Join us as an Integration Support Engineer and become a key player in ensuring seamless communication between internal systems and external clients. You will act as a vital link between our engineering teams and our customers/partners, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, while constantly seeking ways to optimize system performance. If you are passionate about tackling technical challenges in an international environment and want to make a tangible impact in the financial technology industry, this is the role for you!
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and integration assistance for projects involving the “C3 Protocol”.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API connectivity and system interoperability.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure robust and reliable integration solutions.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they affect operations.
- Communicate effectively in English with clients and internal teams to relay technical information clearly.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills in English. The ideal candidate is open-minded, flexible, a genuine team player, and capable of working independently in an international context. Your experience in system integration, especially within financial services, will be a strong asset.
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally supporting integrations with APIs and protocols
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Good understanding of hardware/software environments
- Ability to work effectively within diverse teams and multicultural settings
