Finance Project Manager (W/M)

The opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Finance Project Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact finance initiatives at Worldline. The role focuses on finalizing Concur deployment across remaining countries, delivering the SAP migration for the PayOne joined venture, and driving the deployment of the combined S/4 + data lake as the single billing tool across entities and business platforms. Depending on prioritization, additional projects may include contribution to S/4 evolution for process efficiencies.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Concur Deployment Finalisation (if still required)
•    Lead project planning, milestones, and execution to complete Concur deployment in remaining countries.
•    Coordinate with regional finance teams, IT, HR, and compliance to ensure successful rollout, user adoption, and change management.
•    Coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities
•    Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global travel and expense policies.
•    Deliver training materials, hypercare support, and post-implementation reviews.

 

SAP Migration for PayOne (Z92)
•    Functional PM for the SAP migration project for the PayOne JV planned to be finalized in  October.
•    Develop detailed project plans, data migration strategies, cutover plans, and validation testing.
•    Align with JV governance, legal entities, chart of accounts, intercompany processes, and reporting requirements.
•    Coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, IT, business, external consultants) and manage third-party vendors.
•    Ensure minimal business disruption, robust risk controls, and post-go-live support.

 

Deployment of S/4 + Data Lake as Single Billing and Collection Tool
•    Lead the rollout of the integrated S/4 + data lake system as the single billing engine across entities and platforms.
•    Align stakeholders on target architecture and high-level application design
•    Define revenue recognition, billing rules, intercompany billing, and master data governance to support consolidated billing and collection.
•    Work with Order-to-Cash, Finance Shared Services, and regional teams to align processes, SLAs, and operational excellence.
•    Establish governance for change requests, version control, and continuous improvement.

 

Optional Projects (Depending on Priority)
•    S/4 Evolution: support process efficiencies through New GL improvements, Document Splitting, intercompany automation, and related topics.

 

Deliverables:
•    Detailed project plans with milestones, risks, mitigations, and dependencies for each workstream.
•    Stakeholder register and communication plans tailored to global teams.
•    Data migration and cutover strategies, including testing and validation results.
•    Data lake governance documents, data mappings, and COPA integration specifications.
•    Change management artifacts: training material, user guides, hypercare support plan.
•    Benefits realization and post-implementation reviews.

Who are we looking for

Required Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, CFA) preferred.
•    5+ years of experience in finance project management within multinational organizations, preferably in payments, ERP (SAP S/4HANA), ERP migrations, and data management.
•    Strong track record delivering complex, multi-country finance transformation programs on time and within budget.
•    Expertise in SAP migration projects for multinational organizations
•    Experience with Concur or travel and expense management deployments is highly desirable.
•    Data governance, master data management, and data integration experience.
•    Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
•    Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage cross-functional teams, and influence senior leadership.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
•    Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Worldline languages is a plus.

•    Financial acumen, IFRS/local GAAP knowledge, and revenue/billing conceptual understanding.
•    Data-driven mindset with a focus on data quality, governance, and reporting.
•    Customer-centric approach, with emphasis on master data quality and customer lifecycle.
•    Collaboration across IT, Shared Services, Legal, Compliance, and Business Units.
