The Opportunity

We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Governance and Analytics Support specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Group C&B Global Processes Director, this role will be instrumental in providing analytical support at the Group level, with a particular focus on European Pay Transparency regulations, Corporate Social Responsibility, and governance documentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • Support the preparation and updates of the Universal Registration Document, including sustainability reports and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive KPIs
  • Assist in General Assembly preparation and documentation
  • Manage Employee shareholding and Long Term Incentive Plans implementation and maintenance
  • Coordinate with banking partners for Long Term Incentive Plans administration
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of incentive plans, including taxation impact across countries
  • Collaborate with Finance teams on P&L impact analysis and auditor requirements
  • Handle wages and salaries reporting and analysis
  • Support salary ranges automation initiatives
  • Perform data consolidation and reconciliation
  • Conduct cross-functional and geographical analysis as needed

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits function
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA proficiency
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (HCM) or similar HRIS systems
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Results-driven approach with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with proactive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work in a matrix/multi-country environment
  • Fluency in both French and English with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
