The Opportunity

The Business Solution Insights Manager serves as a pivotal figure in harnessing data to support strategic decision-making and solution development.

This role is responsible for constructing and maintaining sophisticated data models, dashboards, and presentation materials that empower the organization, Product and Go-to-Market, to be data-driven in its approach to solution design and market evolution. By collaborating with various stakeholders, the manager ensures that insights are effectively communicated and utilized to enhance business outcome

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and Maintain Data Models and Dashboards: Build and maintain data models and dashboards that provide insights into the performance and evolution of solutions in the market. This involves collecting and analyzing relevant data, creating visualizations and reports, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data models.
  • Create Presentation Materials: Develop presentation materials to effectively communicate insights and findings to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations, and other stakeholders. This includes creating clear and visually appealing presentations that highlight key information and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support Data-Driven Solution Design: Use data insights to support solution design and evolution decision-making processes. By analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and solution performance data to help the organization make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement or innovation.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Vertical Solution owners, central data teams, finance, Go-to-
  • Market teams, and other relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with these teams to gather data, understand requirements, and provide insights and materials that help them become more data-driven in their respective functions.
  • Generate Actionable Insights: Produce actionable insights from the available data sources and provide recommendations based on the analysis. This involves identifying patterns, trends, and correlations within the data to derive meaningful insights that can drive business decisions and improve solution performance.
  • Ensure Data Management and Governance: Maintain data accuracy, quality, and compliance with data governance policies. Establish processes for data collection, validation, and maintenance to ensure reliable and consistent insights.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, data analysis techniques, and tools to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of data modeling, insights generation, and reporting processes.
  • The Business Solution Insights manager plays a crucial role in leveraging data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. He collaborates with various stakeholders, develops data models and dashboards, creates presentation materials, and contributes to solution design and evolution based on the insights gained from the data analysis.

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Proven experience in product management, vertical solutions, Solution / Product Marketing or a similar role. ·
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. ·
