The Opportunity

As a business analyst, you are responsible for developing specifications for the development team following internal processes.

Integrated within a business analyst team specialized in the payment issuer domain (which includes card lifecycle management from issuance to closure, wallets, authorization management, compensation and settlement), you will contribute to the product roadmap.

This experience will allow you to have a cross-functional vision of our business.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

• You will contribute to improving product documentation for our clients
• You will participate in functional and technical specifications for development teams
• You will be integrated into a team working in agile mode
• You will use work tools like Confluence, Jira
• You will be supported daily by a senior business analyst
• You will work in an international context

Who Are We Looking for

We are looking for people capable of driving positive change, moving forward and showing the way - passionate people with a positive attitude and a thirst to learn and progress. In practice, this means:

• You have strong analytical skills with preferably technical aptitude (SQL, data model, etc.)
• You have knowledge or are interested in the payment card domain
• Proactive, you are capable of working with some autonomy
• Good communicator, you enjoy working in a team
• You master English
