A 5th axis has gained importance in recent years, that of employee engagement through philanthropic actions to develop the communities in which Worldline operates. Indeed, Worldline supports numerous social initiatives around the world through the investment of its volunteers. Furthermore, in 2023 Worldline decided to create its corporate foundation to develop and enhance its philanthropic policy in line with its challenges and for the development of its local communities. The Worldline Foundation focuses on two main themes that are close to its heart and make sense in light of Worldline's purpose: education and the environment.

 

In this context, you will be fully involved in this new dynamic and will support the General Delegate of the Worldline Corporate Foundation, who also manages and coordinates all the group's social initiatives in implementing the strategy, coordinating initiatives, developing reporting, as well as updating and monitoring the related management and document management tools. We are looking for a versatile, agile, committed, proactive profile with a keen interest in solidarity issues.

 

This experience will allow you to develop your skills in communication & community management in an international context.

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

In this context, you will be responsible for the following missions:

 

Tools and communication

  • Updating internal tools designed to structure, manage, and promote the Foundation and social initiatives (Sharepoint, Intranet, file management tool, teams, and social media)
  • Assisting in managing our social media accounts : Engage with communities on internal social networks as a Community Manager
  • Writing some articles highlighting our action, preparing and planning content ans managing communications (timeline & stories)
  • Highlight our volunteers with portraits and short videos

 

Report writing

  • Draft internal and external communication materials and documents : communication plan for our different tools and media
  • Realize the collection of social & philanthropic initiatives within our different coutries with our ambassadors for the URD
  • Reporting, analyzing performance and measuring outcomes

 

Project monitoring and organization

  • Create a standard calendar for annual recurring events.
  • Organize the global clean up day with single point of contact per location and ambassadors

 

 

Who Are We Looking For

 

We are looking for individuals capable of driving positive change, moving forward, and showing the way - passionate people with a positive attitude and a thirst for learning and progress:

 

  • You are a student at the Bac + 4/5 level in a communication school, Business School, or University. A specialization in Communication would be a plus.
  • You have an eye for beautiful images and inspiring words
  • You have synthesis skills, writing abilities, as well as agility, autonomy, and rigor.
  • You are fluent in English (working in an international environment) and proficient in Microsoft Office tools (knowledge of SharePoint is a plus).
  • You enjoy working in teams, project mode, and participating in a collective business adventure.
  • You are motivated and passionate about philanthropic and Corporate Social Responsibility topics; an interest in education and the environment would be a plus.
  • You possess key qualities such as enthusiasm, commitment, perseverance, and a desire to build.
  • You have previous experience in a company or in the nonprofit sector.
