The Opportunity

 

The product marketing team plays a vital role in bringing the value of Worldline’s products to life for our customers. As a Product Marketing Analyst, you will play a supportive role within the product marketing team, helping to drive market strategies and promote our payment products and services. Your focus will be on understanding the market landscape, assisting in crafting compelling value propositions, and contributing to the successful development and launch of new payment solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a keen interest in the payment industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical mindset. This role is a two-year apprenticeship.

 

This role sits within the product organization and serves as a crucial link between product and commercial teams, ensuring our product positioning is on point, our campaigns and external messaging reflects this fully, and our commercial teams are well-equipped. All to communicate the value of our products to our customers with gusto.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

 

Within the Merchant Services department for Product Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Assisting Product Management in translating technical features into merchant-friendly content that highlights benefits.
  • Supporting the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, including crafting product messaging and positioning.
  • Collaborating with GTMs and Product Teams to ensure cohesive messaging and market-oriented strategies.
  • Creating and maintaining various marketing materials such as product sheets, web content, and case studies.
  • Conducting and analyzing market research to gain insights into industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
  • Utilizing internal GenAI tools, including agents, to craft compelling storytelling, analyzing market data, review and enhance marketing content, and optimize communications.
  • Working alongside Sales and Marketing teams to aid in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at boosting demand for our payment products.
  • Providing support during the launch of new payment products
  • Maintaining product information databases and organizing product marketing collateral.

 

Who Are We Looking For

  • Preferably enrolled in a dual-degree program in Business/Engineering.
  • Strong passion for the payment industry and financial services.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles, strategy development, and customer value proposition.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools and their application in marketing strategies, such as content creation and data analysis.
  • Proficient writing, communication, and editing capabilities.
  • Global perspective with an ability to work across geographies and business units.
  • Open to learning, adaptable, and intellectually curious with a respect for diverse viewpoints.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Canva, Figma, and Miro is highly desirable.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
  • Fluency in English for business purposes.
