Job Role = CRM Developer (Sales)
Location = Pune, India
Pune, India | Financial Services / Payments
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions independently across complex CRM landscapes
- Lead development across Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Revenue platforms including CPQ / Revenue Cloud.
- Implement advanced automations (FLOW, etc), custom development (Apex, LWC), integrations, and reporting
- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, environment strategy, and release management
- Understand of the data governance and other initiatives across Salesforce orgs and legacy systems
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and data governance standards in a financial services context.
- Help usher use of LLM lead development and other AI tooling
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–8 years of hands on Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise across Core Clouds and Revenue Cloud ecosystems
- Strong, proven hands on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and OmniStudio
- Hands on experience with: Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, CPQ / Revenue Cloud (mandatory)
- Strong command of Salesforce data models, security architecture, performance tuning, and large data volume best practices
- Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git based version control, and automated release management
- Prior exposure to financial services, fintech, or payment processing environment
