Mission : provide end-to-end services in building, maintaining and operating the infrastructure platforms on Linux operating systems (CentOS, RHEL, …). Change Management for business support. Support on TopDays (Type1, 2 & 3). On-Call Duty role.
Service Production Support: Ensure availability of the business services (24/7) and resolving of production issues targeting for a rapid restore of the service (OS oriented).
Contribute to continuous improvement of the business service (in term of monitoring, patching, processes, security, middleware deployment, vulnerability & obsolescence management).
