The Opportunity

If you are a highly skilled Scrum master who will produce scalable software solutions in the Payments Domain. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a servant leader and coach for cross-country squads located in the Netherlands and India, focused on Agile and DevOps practices.
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum ceremonies for multiple squads, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support and coach the teams to thrive in a self-organized and agile environment.
- Drive collaboration between squad members, enabling them to deliver high-quality solutions consistently.
- Coaching squads on continuous improvement, teamwork and Agile mind-set.
- Identify and tackle obstacles hindering squads progress, ensuring the squads meet objectives efficiently.
- Collaborate with developers and testers for seamless integration and deployment of new features.
- Document squad decisions and processes, ensuring transparency and adherence.
- Work closely with Product Owners in managing product backlog and planning sprints efficiently.
- Leverage your expertise in DevOps practices to optimize development and operational workflows.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
We are searching for big thinkers who can drive positive change and embrace Worldline’s culture of innovation. Ideally, you:
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Experience we are looking is 10-15 years.
- Location- Pune
- Have at least 4+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM1), with PSM2 or a similar qualification is considered a plus.
- Have experience on working with a Scaled Agile framework such as SAFe, LeSS or Scaled Scum.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Are passionate about Agility and DevOps, beyond frameworks and processes.
- Have a proactive and autonomous working style, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Bring an open-minded personality, teaming with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Are proficient in English and skilled at working in a multi-site, multi-technology environment.
- Have experience with Agile & DevOps tools and practices, and understanding of the payments industry is advantageous.
