The Opportunity

As an international company undergoing a major transformation and experiencing rapid growth, we place significant emphasis on the growth and development of our people. In line with this, we are currently seeking a Project Manager-Learning Operation to join our team in India. In partnership with the Global People Development team (PDE), the candidate will play a crucial role in the establishment of a global learning competence center and the coordination of learning projects across the organization. You will collaborate closely with HR communities, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop learning solutions, and successfully implement these solutions within the company. 

Objective

We’re seeking a senior, Learning & Development Manager who excels at end-to-end program/project delivery with a focus on upskilling across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong project management, and deep expertise in learning design, content development and delivery. S/he needs to possess strong experience of advance AI tools for content development.Your passion for evolving L&D into AI-first mindset is the most crucial requirement of the role as we are rapidly challenging our traditional L&D construct to prepare for next levels of business-centric approach. We lay high emphasis on on-demand, agile delivery of learning objectives with a good mix of experiential learning, social learning and formal learnings. 

Activity

  Lead and manage complex project in international environment , cross-functional L&D programs from discovery to deployment, including needs analysis, design, content development, procurement, implementation, evaluation and reporting.

 Manage portfolio of few projects for learning initiatives with rigorous planning, governance, risk management, timelines, and budget oversight

 Design and deploy upskilling and reskilling programs aligned to business strategy and individualise career paths; measure ROI and impact on performance

 Leverage contemporary AI tooling and basics of automation in learning activities/operations for driving operational efficiency and quality improvements.

 Demonstrable experience in leveraging AI for learning content development including story development (messaging) plus storyboarding (visual translation of story) with instructional design skills.

 Hands on knowledge of any of the AI Authoring tool - for creating videos, micro-learnings experience is essential (i.e. Vyond, Heygen, Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate (eLearning Development) Canva, iSpring, Adobe Creative Suite

 LMS expertise: SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Workday, Moodle, Docebo, 360Learning

 Proficiency in AI self-use tools e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude cowork etc.

 Partner with SMEs, HRBP, and business leaders to translate business needs into scalable learning & development solutions (workshops, e-learning, microlearning, blended programs etc.).

 Manage operational KPIs and report monthly progress to the Head of Learning.

 Support learning operations ( e.g. resolution of tickets) as per the business need and capacity planning.

 Monitoring learning industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
