In context of card payment authorization and switching a dedicated team is responsible for the product development and services based on the Worldline Authorization and Switching software suite „Worldline Pay Front Office“ (WLP FO), combined with other components, e. g. for card management back office or fraud solutions for which other teams inside the company are in charge. Both processing and software licensing offerings are in scope. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) for our team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) you will work closely together with other people in a team focused on software development in context of our application’s user interface, i. e. having functional and technical requirements as an input for the team, an extensive application as context and the task to provide tested deliverables accordingly. Beyond that, you and the team will also support people from other teams, e. g. working in client projects or operation services. In this role, you will work on
- Creating software solutions, with focus on user interface, for processing electronic payments based on the Authorization and Switching software suite “Worldline Pay Front Office”
- Alignment on requirements with Product Owner and/or Service Delivery
- Implementation of product or customer-specific adaptations and extensions
- Preparation of project documentation
- Specification, preparation and execution of developer tests
- Knowledge transfer to other team members in own area of expertise
Skills we can’t do without:
- University degree in computer science or other relevant education
- Profound work experience in IT services and software development, preferably in the area of electronic payments
- Senior level experience with JavaScript, Typescript and Angular 15+
- Profound experience with Java, Spring Boot ecosystem, REST APIs
- RDBMS (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
- Unit testing
- Business fluency in English
Skills we´d like:
- CI/CD concepts, Git/GitLab, Docker
- Cloud ecosystems (preferably GCP)
- Knowledge or experience with agile methodologies would be an advantage
- DevOps and Scrum ways of working
- Analytical procedure and abstraction
- High motivation and efficiency with good communication skills, both oral and written
- Pro-activity, self-reliance as well as open and inquiring mindedness
- Team player, ability to work in an international environment and with matrix organization
