Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and growth-oriented engineering culture within the team
• Design, develop, and deploy applications using modern .NET and C# best practices
• Lead the technical implementation, ensuring deliverability, scalability and code maintainability
• Align the technical roadmap with business objectives and long-term product vision
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers and product management to translate requirements into actionable technical deliveries
• Check and challenge the team during backlog refinement and planning sessions
• Support the peer code review process and arbitrate when necessary to uphold quality standards and shared practices
• Support QA with guidance on Defect Triage and in their efforts to verify application performance and security
• Oversee the CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate deployments and streamline development workflows
• Oversee the IaC repositories to provision and manage cloud (AWS) resources
• Adopt appropriate Worldline Technical Strategy delivery initiatives and contribute to broader development communities.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Strong experience designing and building scalable full-stack applications using modern .NET
• Passionate about creating elegant user-centred solutions that provide real business value
• Skilled in cloud-native architecture and highly-experienced in designing robust, scalable RESTful API solutions with considered telemetry/observability
• Confident troubleshooting skills with an ability to navigate complex systems and identify technical debt
• Proficiency with enterprise ALM tools like Azure DevOps and Terraform
• Commitment to engineering excellence leading others by writing clean, maintainable and efficient code.
