If you are a highly skilled Product Owner/BA who will produce scalable software solutions in the Payments Domain. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Analyse customer feedback on your area of expertise. Assess ideas on their business value and technical feasibility. Present and share the roadmap on the delivered components with customers, management, and stakeholders. |

Define and own the product functionalities and prioritise them into a Product back log for own area and functional specifications (i.e. breaking down the solution into epics and/ or user stories). Manage the balance between priority for incident/problem tickets, technical developments, compliance topics, operational excellence, and new product features. |

Provide all relevant internal documentation and knowledge on the delivered product component to stakeholders. Provide a roadmap on the delivered components as inputs to the business case and new features. Provide all relevant documentation and knowledge for the delivered product component to the squad, in such away that they can create detailed technical documentation, support and deployment procedures and monitor velocity. |

Lead and motivate the squad(s) by means of providing functional information and context on what needs to be delivered and why: be the voice of the customer. Be responsible for end-to-end functional quality of the product deliveries together with the squad. |

Share with other Product Owners any relevant information to safeguard cross-squad or cross-tribe initiatives to manage dependencies and ensure deliveries (esp.epics dependencies). Get inputs from Product managers and other (internal and external) stakeholders such as Customer success managers, project managers, IT tribe lead, or customers. Provide to the Product Management all the information to prioritise the business initiatives to manage the dependencies (Epics) within and across tribes, or other departments pro-actively. Validate Epic with stakeholders (like and instance Client Operations). Work with the squad to define and prioritise the content of the sprints and be responsible with the squad for the content. Prioritise the backlog of the squad to deliver the maximum business value. |

Mid level experience in the role
Best to have: Experience with teams switching to Scrum from traditional model
