The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled GUI Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing and developing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our financial systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and project stakeholders to build high-quality, responsive, and visually appealing GUI components. This role will also contribute to modernizing our front-end technology stack and implementing best-in-class UI/UX practices to enhance the overall user experience and ensure the delivery of robust and high-performing applications.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
 Develop scalable, responsive front-end applications using Angular with standalone components and Angular Material.
 Implement features with reactive forms, powerful state management, routing, lazy loading, and accessibility best practices.
 Build reusable UI components and utilities; publish them as standalone, dependency-free modules.
 Integrate with RESTful or GraphQL backends; implement error handling, loading states, and performance optimizations.
 Ensure cross-browser compatibility, unit and end-to-end tests .
 Optimize build performance, bundle size, and lazy-loading strategies.
 Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-quality code.
 Write clear documentation and maintainable test coverage.
 Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
Essential & Technical Competencies:
 Advanced user experience in Linux and Windows operating systems
 Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript for modern front-end development.
 Hands-on experience with Angular (components, services, modules, RxJS, state management such as NgRx).
 Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design, with a solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
 Experience developing reusable UI components, implementing design systems, and integrating UX/UI specifications.
 Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks such as Jasmine/Karma, Jest, Cypress, or Selenium.
 Familiarity with UI performance tuning, browser compatibility considerations, and optimization techniques.
 Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and build tools (Node.js, npm, Webpack, Maven/Gradle).
 Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and basic cloud deployment concepts.
 Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
 Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and code review platforms.
 Strong collaboration skills, especially with backend, QA, DevOps, and UX/UI teams.
 Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
 Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
 Experience with UI/UX principles and the ability to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional, visually appealing interfaces.
 Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP-based services integration in UI applications.
 Strong understanding of software development best practices, coding standards, and version control tools like Git.

 Familiarity with various software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
 Effective communication and collaboration abilities, especially when working with cross-functional teams (designers, backend developers, testers, etc.).
 Passion for continuous learning and staying current with modern UI frameworks, tools, and industry trends.
 Experience with automated UI testing tools (Optional)
