The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead high-performing agile teams. As a servant leader, you will facilitate development teams, remove impediments, champion agile principles, and drive continuous improvement in our payments technology projects. 

Location: Bangalore / Pune

Experience: 5+ Years as Scrum Master (10+ Years in IT)

Education: B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent

Responsibilities 

• Facilitate SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Identify and resolve team impediments and blockers

• Manage internal and external dependencies

 • Support Product Owner in backlog management

• Drive continuous improvement and coach team members in Agile practices

• Track metrics using Jira and Confluence (velocity, cycle time, burndown)

• Facilitate conflict resolution and risk mitigation Job Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent

• 5+ years as Scrum Master; 10+ years IT experience

• CSM or PSM certification (mandatory)

• Proficiency with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Payments or Banking domain experience is a plus
