The Opportunity

 

As an international company undergoing a major transformation and experiencing rapid growth, we place significant emphasis on the growth and development of our people. In line with this, we are currently seeking a Project Manager-Learning Operation to join our team in India. In partnership with the Global People Development team (PDE), the candidate will play a crucial role in the establishment of a global learning competence center and the coordination of learning projects across the organization. You will collaborate closely with HR communities, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop learning solutions, and successfully implement these solutions within the company.

 

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Contribute in roll-out of service delivery as per the ITIL process model for Learning operations/ support services (SLAs etc.)
  • Be a champion  for SAP SuccessFactors-related queries within the team, ensuring that learning content is created, maintained, and tracked efficiently within the system.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of LMS based services; catalogue management, course management, retiring/clean-up of learning content, LMS administration, user’s training and support, learning hours related services etc.
  • Managing the deployment of complex learning activities that involve multiple providers and learner cohorts
  • Work alongside training coordinators in the countries to help them to deploy learnings activities.
  • Collaborate with learning content providers to contribute to deploy an engaging and impactful learning portfolio, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and virtual learning environments.
  • Develop and deploy learner’s feedback/evaluation of curriculum and courses. Ensure timely corrective actions towards continuous improvement.
  • Assist in ensuring a smooth transition (receiving knowledge transfer) from the outgoing learning operations service provider and streamlining service delivery to the countries from India.
  • Contribute towards i.e. promotion, adoption, engagement, and onboarding of countries in the new service/support set-up. 
  • Support in delivery of global learning projects such as global mandatory training campaign, collective need identification, Internal trainer Communities, etc.
  • Deploy skill-based learning paths on LMS/SuccessFactor under the guidance of Lead - learning operations
  • Maintain databases for various learning processes.
  • Manage operational KPIs and report monthly progress to the Head of Learning. Ensure connection with HR Analytics team for generation of smart reports.

 

 

 

Who Are We Looking For - Asst. Manager Learning

We look for people who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

  • Bachelores/master's in business administration, Human Resources, Engineering or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience managing learning and development COE with a demonstrated track record of running learning operations, preferably in IT company.
  • Location-Pune
  • Proficiency with the SuccessFactors SAP LMS is essential. Certification would be a plus.
  • Team-oriented mindset, capable of both working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision when necessary.
  • Good service delivery experience desirable.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership, with the ability to develop team members.
  • Proficient in O365 ( MS-Office, MS Teams etc.) Good to have understanding of MS powerapps etc.
  • Experience in content authoring tools and Instructional design would be a plus.
  • Home working possible as per India HR policy - working time : European service window
