The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Greece, where you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that drive innovation across our organization. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with stakeholders across internal teams and external vendors to deliver transformative solutions on time and within budget. Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Develop comprehensive project scope and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and successful project delivery
• Create detailed project plans with clear milestones, dependencies and progress tracking mechanisms for accountability
• Ensure resource availability and coordinate allocation across internal teams and external vendors flawlessly
• Monitor project performance against schedule and budget using verification techniques and management controls
• Report progress regularly to stakeholders and escalate risks, changes and issues as needed
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders and vendors while overseeing multiple interdependent projects

Who Are We Looking For

• 4-6 years managing complex projects in technology, financial services or dynamic business environments professionally
• Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive project plans and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, risk management and change control frameworks
• Strong leadership and coordination skills with ability to manage internal teams and external vendor relationships
• Proven capability to deliver projects on-time, within scope and budget through rigorous control techniques
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with passion for continuous learning
• You possess a can-do attitude, resilience and drive to navigate complexity and deliver results
