The Opportunity
Join our Processing & Financial Institutions team as a PMO, where you will manage day-to-day and future workforce and supplier management activities while providing strategic guidance on policies and processes. You will be part of a dynamic international team, taking on transformation projects that drive operational excellence and strategic workforce planning.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Forecast and assess staffing needs after taking into account metrics like geo-mix
- Budget, develop and implement staffing and metric models, reporting and analysis
- Anticipate and plan the future workforce capacity and capability requirements
- Align with leadership on the evolution of workforce resources
- Deliver and analyze the reporting needed to anticipate and track workforce needs and workforce evolution and associated costs
- Ensure that necessary decisions to meet business, financial and customer requirements are taken
- Manage external suppliers with regular governance, evolution tracking and escalation management.
- Ensure communication of workforce and supplier management policies, procedures and compliance
- Participate to improvement initiatives, including usage of AI.
- Closely collaborate within the international workforce management team
Who Are We Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in workforce management, PMO, or strategic resource planning roles
- Strong analytical skills, proactive, problem solver and able to run the extra mile for our internal clients to deliver in time and with high quality.
- Ability to work in an international team
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications in English. Italian or French is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel
- Affinity and experience with financial topics, like budget forecasting, financial reporting, and cost management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate with senior leadership
