Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage the program and its diverse projects, ensuring scope, quality, budgets, legal compliance, and schedule goals are met.
- Steer, monitor, and coordinate end-to-end activities across the program to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead efforts to solve issues encountered during project roll-out and proactively address deployment challenges across the portfolio.
- Develop methodologies and quality plans to meet project scope; identify delivery plans to unify multiple projects into a single program.
- Participate in pre-sales programs to translate customer needs into viable project approaches and proposals during early scoping.
- Organize and monitor projects with diverse stakeholders, identify risks, set steering indicators, and manage the budget to protect margin and growth.
Who Are We Looking For
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs with multiple projects, delivering on scope, quality, budgets, and schedules consistently across complex environments.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching project managers and building high-performing, motivated cross-functional teams that drive results.
- Excellent stakeholder management with customers, internal teams and external partners; able to build trust and foster collaboration.
- Analytical planning, organizational and problem-solving abilities; capable of proactive risk identification and mitigation across programs in dynamic environments.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and ensuring margins while supporting business development objectives throughout projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence at executive levels and represent Worldline externally.
- Experience in pre-sales activities and translating customer needs into viable project proposals and strategic approaches early in engagements.
