You will work for Worldline’s Merchant Services Global Business Line, a major international player in end-to-end Commercial Acquiring, Multichannel Payment Acceptance, and Payment Terminal solutions. Merchant Services’ unique combination of payment, digital, and transactional expertise allows merchants to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyze the competition and the market to identify trends and opportunities.
- Evaluate client feedback to inform product enhancements.
- Assess ideas based on their business value and technical feasibility.
- Present and share product vision with customers, management, and stakeholders.
- Define product strategy and prioritize the roadmap according to value.
- Gather input from various stakeholders (sales, customers, strategy, partnerships, etc.) to inform product development.
- Create business initiatives based on market understanding and translate these into user stories for development teams.
- Support value streams/squads by providing relevant information about objectives and customer needs.
- Ensure timely delivery and functional quality of product releases.
- Develop and manage business cases for new features, overseeing internal processes for new initiatives and budget allocations.
- Support sales and implementation processes through effective communication and documentation, ensuring good product positioning.
- Coordinate pilot executions and collaborate with project teams to maintain timelines for sales readiness.
- Manage pricing strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Pricing teams.
Who Are We Looking For

- In-depth knowledge of the payments industry and local payment methods, primarily in the APAC market.
- 10+ Years of Overall Exp
- Experience with integration types, financial flows, and back-office processes such as settlements and invoicing.
- Ability to combine strategic and operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong focus on delivering quality and a superior merchant experience.
- Excellent strategic thinking and marketing skills.
- Pragmatic, professional, and constructive approach with a solution-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and translate customer/market needs into actionable functionalities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical staff at all levels.
- Natural leadership qualities to foster support and make informed decisions based on stakeholder input.
