The Opportunity
Join us as Product Lead Customer Due Diligence and drive the delivery of our global CDD solution for Worldline during a critical transformation period. You'll lead a team of Product Managers and Delivery Managers whilst consolidating existing CDD solutions into a single source of truth, remediating regulatory gaps, and promoting efficient CDD journeys that enable business growth. As part of our structural rebuilding phase, you'll play a vital role in remediating regulatory observations to ensure we keep the company, its clients, staff and shareholders safe and compliant, whilst driving the area towards the company's north star targets. This permanent position is based in our Stockholm or Warsaw or Hoofddorp office with a hybrid working model.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Business Analists, Product Managers and Delivery Managers to deliver the global CDD solution
- Drive the consolidation of existing CDD solutions into a unified platform to achieve cost efficiencies
- Ensure existing CDD applications continue to function effectively during transition and beyond
- Identify and remediate regulatory compliance gaps in current customer due diligence journeys
- Design and implement streamlined CDD processes to enhance business enablement and operational efficiency
- Drive the area towards the company's north star targets and report on progress to senior stakeholders
- Ensure consistent reporting on Area and Compliance KPIs across all CDD platforms
- Ensure solution effectiveness, auditability, continuous availability and reliability across all CDD platforms

- Strong relationship-building skills with ability to engage effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strategic vision with capability to translate concepts into clear, actionable roadmaps
- Excellent communication skills to articulate requirements and drive acceleration or unblock delivery challenges
- Deep understanding of information needs for senior management and external stakeholders, including regulatory representatives, with ability to tailor messaging appropriately
- Strong team builder and people manager with proven leadership capabilities
