The Opportunity
To provide comprehensive administrative and process support to the KAS and Partner Sales teams, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of sales activities, ensuring the accuracy of contractual documentation, and supporting smooth internal processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to KAS and Partner Sales teams
- Prepare, review, and manage contractual documentation in line with internal policies
- Coordinate approval workflows and ensure effective cross-functional communication (e.g., Legal, Risk, Finance)
- Maintain and manage sales cases in internal systems (CRM and other internal tools)
- Support onboarding of new clients and business partners
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports, analyses, and supporting materials for the sales team
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in their optimization
Who Are We Looking For
People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Secondary school or university education
- Experience in sales support / operations / back office is an advantage
- Good understanding of administrative and contractual processes
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Attention to detail, independence, and strong prioritization skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- English at a communicative level is an advantage
