The Opportunity

We are looking for a Partner Account and Sales Development Manager for full-time employment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Sales Support, manage existing merchant relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Merchant Onboarding and Migration
• Terminal Management
• Customer Relationship Management
• Collaboration and Reporting

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• High school degree with Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing as advantage.
• Experience in sales support or customer service, preferably within the payment solutions industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Czech
