The Opportunity 

Join Worldline Prague as an HR Intern and accelerate your career in people operations at a global payments technology leader. You’ll work side-by-side with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to support onboarding, maintain accurate employee records, coordinate trainings, and ensure timely, compliant payroll data. 
 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​ 

  • You supervise the preparation of all documents related to the hiring but also the update of employee’s files 

  • You create and update documents useful for the integration of new hires 

  • You follow up of medicals visits, ensure the declarations of work accidents and manage sick leave. 

  • Control and transmission of the data necessary for payroll processing in accordance with the schedule. 

  • Update of employee’s files in our time management tools 

  • You supervise the organization of the various training actions 

  • You support the HRBPs with various administrative tasks 

  • You respond to administrative requests from our collaborators 

  • You participate in good communication and intra and inter service coordination

  • Demonstrable knowledge of all HR functions and standard methodologies 

  • You handle confidential information 

  • You possess knowledge of local labour law 

  • You possess excellent organisational skills and you are at ease both orally and in writing 

  • You are proficient in English and Czech language
