The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive Alliance and Corporate Sales Specialist to manage and grow merchant relationships, guide onboarding and migrations, coordinate terminal management, and act as a trusted advisor for payment solutions. You will be the primary liaison between merchants and internal teams, support contract and offer preparation, and ensure smooth integration and deployment of terminals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Sales Support:
- Manage existing merchant relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and merchants for inquiries related to payment solutions and terminal deployment.
- Assistance in preparing offers and contractual documentation.
- Merchant Onboarding and Migration:
- Guide merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and compliance steps are met.
- Facilitate the migration of merchants between payment platforms to minimize operational disruption.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure the smooth integration and setup of payment terminals.
- Terminal Management:
- Coordinate terminal exchanges and replacements, including all necessary documentation.
- Provide technical support to merchants regarding the use of payment terminals and associated platforms.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Proactively engage with merchants to understand their needs and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to optimize merchants' payment solutions.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of merchant interactions and activities in company applications.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach to merchant service.
- Assist in generating reports and analyses to track merchant activities, identifying areas for improvement
Who Are We Looking For

- Experience in sales support or customer service, preferably within the payment and banking solutions industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is an as advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Czech
