The Opportunity
Within this job, you will foster a high-performance culture that empowers employee growth. Reporting to the Head of Career Management, Performance & Development, you will collaborate with stakeholders to implement talent and career development initiatives. You will help shape a future-ready workforce as part of the broader People Development & Engagement (PDE) team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the people review process across the organisation, ensuring a consistent and effective process for evaluating employee performance and potential.
- Collaborate with our PDE Partners in the business to ensure a solid succession plan for all critical positions by identifying potential gaps and developing potential leaders within the organisation.
- Analyse data from talent reviews to provide insights and recommendations for talent development and succession planning strategies.
- Facilitate discussions with leadership teams to align talent management priorities and ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
- Design, implement, and manage talent and leadership development programs that align with the organisation’s strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Oversee the development and execution of coaching and mentoring programs, ensuring they meet the needs of emerging leaders and high-potential employees while managing associated budget.
- Collaborate with internal and external coaches to provide tailored coaching solutions that enhance leadership capabilities and drive performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote leadership development opportunities and encourage participation in coaching and mentoring programs.
- Transversal team activities and ad hoc projects within the PDE and on occasion wider HR.
Who Are We Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources, Organisational or People development, Business Administration or related field
- 4+ years of experience in people development, organisation and/or leadership development, succession planning or related roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English – oral and written, additional languages are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, creative with excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Motivated, proactive, and curious with a can-do attitude.
- Capable of collaborating effectively in a global and multicultural corporate environment.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in HR Information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
