The opportunity

 

The user experience team plays a vital part in bringing the value of Worldline’s products to life for our customers. As a Product Designer in our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product portfolio, the experience our customers have with our solutions, and defining the future of product design at Worldline. Your mission is to advocate for the user’s needs, defining and implementing intuitive solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience to enhance their overall user journey. You will leverage your expertise in user-centered design, balancing interaction and visual design to craft both functional and engaging experiences.

 

 

Day-to-day responsibilities​

 

 

  • Design intuitive interfaces for complex payment solutions that delight users.
  • Collaborate with our Design system experts to grow and improve our Design System.
  • Transform business needs into clear, compelling designs and interactions.
  • Participate in design workshops and user testing to refine your work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a top-notch user experience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas that push our standards higher.
  • Actively explore opportunities for our business and the field of UX with generative and Agentic AI
  • You validate your designs with real users to measure impact and continuously seek opportunities to optimise and improve their experience.
  • Become an active member in the UX team consisting of 11 Designers & Researchers.

 

 

Who are we looking for

 

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2B SaaS and/or Payments sector preferred
  • Experience in working with scrum teams and excellent skills in Figma and other design tools.
  • Great Analytical skills, you try to get to bottom of things to understand the core problems not only the surface level.
  • Knowledge of user research practices, and experience using usability testing platforms
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to audiences with varying levels of product design understanding
  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for representing their needs and motivations to diverse stakeholder groups
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in identifying opportunities for improving the user experience
  • You have an online portfolio showing your work and which you can share upon your application
  • You are available to work full time.
