The Opportunity

You will be part of the Merchant Services division of Worldline. Your mission will be to own a web interface designed for Enterprise merchants of various verticals (grocery, specialty retail, hospitality, vending, transportation, petrol, etc…) by driving the product development within the Digital & AI team in line with customers’ expectations. 

As such, you will participate in the main aspects of product management: product life cycle of a B2B/SaaS product, understanding the customers’ needs, drafting the documentation. You will be autonomous to manage internal stakeholders throughout the organization (customer support, pre-sales, project manager, etc).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Understand the different needs and requests in terms of Reporting and Data evolutions, to help prioritizing them with the Product Owner
• Create business initiatives, based on your understanding of the inputs, and support the Product Owner in translating into detailed requirements to get them prioritized into the backlog
• Coordinate the deliveries between design & delivery teams with the Product Owner, before communicating the main evolutions to all stakeholders
• Manage expectations of internal stakeholders and act as gatekeeper for business requests
• Support the execution of sales process (communication, documentation, training). This includes the production of content and the presentation of your product to the sales organization
• Support the lifecycle of Reporting solutions (new releases / phase out / migration / etc.)

• Strong analytical skills: understand customer/market needs and requirements to translate them into associated functionalities that can be easily implemented
• Great understanding of product management & agile methodologies, with a deep interest in UX/UI aspects to cover the user interface aspects of the portal 
• Quick learner: able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing and demanding environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A pure team player, who supports the team and puts team and business objectives first
• M1 or M2 in an engineering or business school
• Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written)
