The Opportunity
As Business & Positive Impact Manager (F/H) , you will guide Worldline on the path to Responsible Digital.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide CSR support during the Bid processes towards the sales force
- Deliver specific CSR answers for clients Request for Proposal
- Report clients’ major requests, identify gaps with Worldline strategy and suggest improvements and execution plan
- Industrialize Sales support in answering client’s request on CSR
- Support the product, marketing and sales team on CSR aspects
- Interact within the client’s meetings to promote Worldline CSR
- Create documents (ppt, blog article, PR, webinar) to help sales team understand and speak of CSR achievements and positive impact solutions
- Work with product team to include positive impact as a criteria to integrate a feature in the roadmap
- Follow the roadmap of positive impact features and solutions with the 3 business lines
- Regular benchmark on Tech for good initiatives
- Structure the positive impact approach in the different business units
- Define the global positive impact strategy with the business units
- Promote new projects having a positive impact (e-ticket, Tap on phone)
- Develop existing positive impact solutions and coordinate the external partnerships with the business unit (micro-donation and online donations)
Who Are We Looking For
Required
- With a university or Grandes Ecoles degree (business or engineering), you will have 3 to 5 years’ experience in Marketing or ESG.
- “can do” attitude and approach.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with the sales team and wider business
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- You enjoy working with other stakeholders and have good interpersonal skills.
- You are rigorous, proactive and autonomous
