We offer a Worldwide COS&T Program Manager role to deploy and execute our Customer Operation Transformation. This Transformation is a cornerstone to our Operational Excellence, relying on three main streams : simplify and optimize our processes and procedures, industrialize our workflows while delivering significant financial impact.  

 

Under the management of Distribution & Repair Director, the COS&T Program Manager will take an active contribution to  our TSS Boost Transformation Program. He will be in charge to deliver projects of continuous improvement of our existing and target operational services to the benefit of our final customer while onboarding our local operational entities.

 

Purpose of the Role

The Program manager has a coordination role with multiple stakeholders involved: Regions sales, IT, Finance, Operations, R&D, Marketing, partners and subcontractors

 

His objective is to deliver projects and sub-projects in respect of predefined roadmap and business case. He is responsible of all projects steps delivery : specification, study, budget, ROI, governance, planning and costs, piloting and testing , mass roll-out, delivery and costs follow-up.

He will have to adopt a LEAN culture to all the region local stakeholders and execute Transformation delivery.

 

Authorities

  • To define the Project governance, processes and ensure that the process is correctly implemented and followed in the Project team
  • To manage Sub-Project Managers and all contributors of the project delivery (direct/indirect)
  • To ensure that relevant Project documentation is complete (of a sufficient quality) and stored in the correct location and format for future use

 

Responsibilities

  • To manage his projects and sub-projects
  • To handle a key role of communication to the Business for the program
  • To prepare and moderate the defined Program decision meetings
  • To deliver appropriate reporting to project stakeholders and management

 

KEY ACTIVITIES AND TASKS:

  • Develop and specify new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization
  • Define pre-study with appropriate Roadmap and Business Case for project validation
  • Frame projects governance, manage resources, forecast team organization
  • Pilot and supervise Project (planning, budgets and performance):
    • Elaborate action plans and follow implementation
    • Arbitrate between different demands of business and arbitrate projects or project packages if necessary
    • Realize dashboards, diffuse them to chain of management and different committees
  • Lead the Project: supervise Project team by providing direction, input and feedback
  • Coordinate the delivery of services among different Project activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Ensure Quality and assist Sub-Project Managers/Stream Leader
  • Ensure that Project activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization (QMS)
  • Animate and support mass roll-out:
    • Organize communication
    • Coordinate all contributors and set-up regular meetings to encourage exchanges, with notably a role of interface towards the business
    • Manage conflicts and help team building between project members, in link with line managers if necessary
    • Secure region onboarding and involvement delivering appropriate customer satisfaction
    • Ensure feedback to adequate contact in Regions
  • Feedback to TSS Management of program and projects progress, keep them in the loop and obtain sponsorship and necessary arbitration

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good knowledge of project management, desire to learn new techniques and to put them into practice
  • Trained and experienced in the application of a professional methodology such as LEAN Six Sigma, PRINCE2, PMI will be considered an advantage
  • Agile approach/methodology knowledge or certification
  • Good project planning, budgeting and tracking skills and a track record in using these successfully in a high change, multi-project environment
  • High communication skills (preferably: written, verbal and presentation)
  • Able to drive Change Management in Transformational projects
  • The ability to collect information by deploying open communication and active listening techniques
  • Capacity to manage Project Managers and to communicate with Business teams
  • Willingness to travel internationally (several weeks depending on the location)
  • Knowledge of Electronical devices (product definition, functionalities, software)

  • The role will require numerous periods in all regions of the world, appetite for international and multicultural teamwork is required . Several period in foreign countries will be required.

 

LANGUAGES :

  • Good working knowledge of English
  • Additional languages an advantage

 

 

LEVEL OF QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE REQUESTED:

  • Master Degree level
  • 5 to 10 years professional experience minimum in Project Management area
