Reporting to the Operation Director, as Lead SecOps you are responsible for defining and deploying the security policies on our cloud-based and on premises solutions delivered as a Service.

 

Purpose of the role

You will define and implement procedures and lead support:

  1. For security related solutions: you will be embedded in the project team to ensure that operation requirement are met and deployed.
  2. You will also lead and deploy all the operations security policies on a broad range of solutions. 

 

Deliverables / Tasks

 

  • Monitoring security tests, vulnerability scans and penetration test campaigns as well as security operations with third parties
  • Maintaining the security incident management framework and supporting processes, procedures, policies and testing scenarios in addition of managing supporting playbooks
  • Providing regular reportings on test findings and insights to the Business and IT
  • Handling SIEM use cases, baselines and previous trend analysis
  • Supporting the execution of vulnerability scanning across the Infrastructure, assess and prioritize identified vulnerabilities to determine the level of risk and appropriate remedial activity
  • Establish cross-team collaboration with security built into the software development lifecycle
  • Create increased visibility into the security of the infrastructure and, ultimately, create a stronger security posture
  • Support project teams for deploying security solutions, especially for new products.
  • Support customers when security expertise is required.

 

Experience

 

  • Master’s degree in computer science or similar;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity in a similar role;
  • Overall good communication skills, with a strong knowledge of English and French, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Electronic Payment and PCI certification standard is a plus. 
  • You are proactive and analytical, able to identify potential concerns and work out effective solutions
  • Strong teamplayer but able to take on ownership and work autonomously as well
  • You have analytical, theoretical skills as well as the ability to deal with practicalities.
