Regional (EMEA) Demand Generation Marketing Role

  • Lead the development of EMEA multi-touch demand creation activities by leveraging both inbound and outbound tactics with the goal of influencing on sales pipeline.
  • Specific responsibilities include selecting targets, executing tactical mix and reporting individual campaign goals.

Your Role Will Consist Of

Develop and execute the customer, prospect and partner touch plan based on the regional campaign calendar. Channels include but are not limited to corporate and industry events, email, paid & organic social, webinars, paid digital, direct mail, ABM, and content syndication

- Creation and roll-out of the campaign canvas and campaign assets in the Marketing Automation platform (Pardot)

- Creation and roll-out of the Inbound activities.


  • Help drive strategy and localization of messaging, calls to action, and content journeys for our personas.
  • Ensure that the end-to-end marketing waterfall process jointly with TSS central marketing and sales operations is respected.
  • Lead flow: monitor the lead routing to the regional Sales and follow-up on conversion.
  • Work with the Web team to optimize conversion. Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing.
  • Make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Apply lessons learned to existing activities, future programs, define “best practices”
  • Work closely with marketing operations to implement best practices in database management to increase data integrity.
  • Forecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact of demand marketing activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length.



Skills required

  • Proven record of modern demand gen practices across digital, influencers, social, communities, and content marketing.
  • Proficient in marketing automation PARDOT
  • Advanced skills in paid social activities (especially on LinkedIn campaigns)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM): SalesForce
  • Ability to execute multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing programs (design, creation and implementation).
  • Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering and empathy skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and oral skills
