What you'll do:

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your main responsibility is to treat all the incoming sales requests (calls, mails,…) and to manage your proper mass market portfolio. Besides that you will also take care of the up selling by an active follow-up of direct mailings. In close partnership, you will find the most interesting solution for the customer and Ingenico.
After an internal training period about our products and services, you will be a Worldline sales expert allowing you to:

  • Sell the Ingenico and Wordline solutions portfolio to new e-commerce merchants on the French market by placing outbound merchant calls and overcoming objections
  • Responsible for building a business pipeline of new merchants
  • Drive business development initiatives to grow the business by identifying trends & advising marketing to set up programs.
  • You will also have the management of a portfolio of existing customers to manage in order to generate growth and upsell.
  • Generate and follow up leads and convert these into opportunities to drive incremental business
  • Responsible for customer support escalation of your own accounts – escalating calls and working with customer care if impact becomes critical
  • Maintain and enrich account data in Sales CRM
  • Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing and keep up-to-date on knowledge of the company.
  • To analyze Ingenico ePayments’ Portfolio & Market structure using Marketing tools such as sales navigator. This continuously analysis will help you to increase sales for yourself and for BDM team. Those provided data will also contribute to build strategic plans for your head of sales and your country manager.

Who you are:

For this challenging sales position, we need a talented negotiator with very good communication skills. As candidate you match following requirements:

  • Higher education, preferably in Sales, or equivalent by a first experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of French and good command of English. Any other European language is an asset.
  • Able to learn very quickly new concepts in internet technologies, e-commerce, etc.
  • Clear drive for result

  • Able to handle the diversity of clients from industries like ticketing, travel, pure e-commerce players, and many others
