The Opportunity
You will be part of our Nordic Support team and work closely with other departments in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway, ensuring our Customer Service live up to our high standard of quality.
You will act as a resource for our partners, offering guidance and technical expertise to help them help our mutual customers.
Being part of this team, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining a productive and beneficial relationship with our partners, larger customers, and colleagues.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact for Customers and Partners
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls
- Perform outbound emails and phone calls
- Technical troubleshooting of our products
- Administrative tasks related to customer agreements, technical setups, and ad hoc tasks
Who Are We Looking For

- You are fluent in Danish and English
- Perhaps you even master Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish?
- You have a technical skillset and can easily navigate in different systems

- You are committed to continuous learning and development to better serve partners, customers, and colleagues
- You are able to work full-time Monday to Friday at our Odense office: Sverigegade 5, 5000 Odense
- You are able to start beginning of November and end your contract September 2026
